Advantages:

Низкая цена. Нет залога. Круглосуточное заселение.

Disadvantages:

Нет даже элементарной кухонной зоны. Один чайник на все номера и тот у администратора. Стенки в номере покрыты побелкой, пачкает одежду и вещи, если нечаянно прислонишься. Ночники - эмитация, к ним даже проводки нет! )))
